Executive Assistant (part-time)
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to three members of our staff team: Vicar, Associate Vicar & Operations Lead. We are looking for a strategic and innovative individual with strong planning and organisational skills who is committed to the St Barnabas vision and values. As the church grows, we require support for project management and development of processes across the organisation. We’re looking for an individual who looks at the bigger picture, can help us with horizon scanning and can bring new ideas and processes to our ways of working.
Job Description
Location: St Barnabas Church, Mill Road, Cambridge (2-3 days office based)
Hours: 0.5FTE (20 hours per week)
Job Purpose
As St Barnabas continues to grow and develop, the team requires additional support in order that they can fulfil the strategic direction of their roles. The Executive Assistant will be flexible and adaptable and able to help the team with streamlining processes. Most of the role will be with the three roles listed above but the EA will also work across the wider staff team. This role will provide essential daily support including diary management, project management and process support across the organisation.
Facilities Team Member (part-time)
We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team. This role plays a practical part in extending the availability of the Centre and the Church facilities to groups and charities in our community, to local businesses as well as to church members. The Facilities Team Member will work to ensure that a high standard of presentation is kept in the church and grounds and to support the smooth running of external room hire.
Hours: 4 hours per week, arranged by mutual agreement
